I will definetely watch it again, and recommend it to anyone interested in beating long odds to become one of the best athletes in the world. Mario Lopez, as the adult Greg does a respectable job of the part, and his Olympic coach was one of the strongest characters in the movie and carried good messages throughout the movie. The subject matter of being a gay athelete in a straight world is carried out in a manner that is suitable for most ages other than young children. The chronological order of the movie is carried out well from his youth through adulthood, and there are only a few paths that would have been nice to have been walked further, but overall the points were well made. His perfectionist streak is both a strength and weakness. Greg's struggle with his dads acceptance of him is a strong theme throughout the movie.
